Please note Factory Shop purchases and orders are only available to ship to UK Mainland only.

Free Shipping

Elia Factory shop orders are sent on a 2-3 Working Day Service with free shipping on orders over £50.

Orders below £50 will be sent with a delivery charge of £6.95

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days after the day we confirm your order. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping for Factory Shop Orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

FACTORY SHOP RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with Elia. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our Factory Shop Return Policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in resealable condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at web@elia.co.uk to obtain a Returns Number (RTN). Please include details of your original purchase and order number. After receiving a RTN number, place the item securely in its original packaging and enclosed return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
